Mr. TOY graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Psychological Support and Guidance, and has a master's degree in Psychology from the same university.  Mr. Toy has deep knowledge and experience on transformation of attitudes and behaviors, value and belief systems and motivations of managers and employees in different industries, institutions and businesses. He is able to create effective teams and positive cultural change within organizations.

He has developed various assessment tests on  personality, temperement and character traits of individuals.
