Schools are important but limited by age and curriculum. They tend to focus on academic achievement and exams that are irrelevant in business life most of the time.

Skill and character do not develop in classes. It develops in life by making decisions, applying them and confronting the results of decisions.

More importantly, each individual has different personality traits and must receive one-on-one training appropriate to his personality. An average individual develops in the classroom. It is troublesome and costly to implement a program suitable for each individual's personality traits and needs.
