As the GW team, which acknowledge hard work and service as a sacred way of contributing to humanity and our society, we have strong moral principles that we never compromise along with the character traits that we value and constantly try to improve . The roots of these values are based on universal principles that exist in our history.

1.Honesty and Trustworthiness

We are aware that we are accompanying them in the most critical moments of our clients. Our the most important and highest principle we value is to undertake the critical duties with a full sense of responsibility as if a fully reliable trustee and to serve the clients without any deceptive act whatsoever. Dishonest and insincere ones do not have a place between us.
2. Deepening in Knowledge, Mastering in Practice

We do not tolerate wasting time with empty, absurd, futile words and delusions, shallow and superficial findings and suggestions, practices far from getting results. In order to have the concentration, expertise and experience required by moments of crisis, we always attach great importance to deepening knowledge, mastering practice, and having insight to see the invisible truth behind what is visible. "Being loyal to the truth and being able to focus on the heart of the crisis" is what we are always looking for.
3. Love and Respect

We serve our customers sincerely and wholeheartedly with great love for people and our business.
Crises are times when love, friendship and loyalty are tested. It is difficult to find friends on dark days. In order to fight together in difficult times, it is necessary to nurture deep love and respect for our business people and institutions that produce social value with their entrepreneurial spirits and endless efforts. Crises, ups and downs are natural phases that can be experienced in the normal course of life. It is not an error-free person or an error-free business. However, the biggest mistake is to ignore the mistakes and cover them up. While serving our clients, we take great care to protect justice among all stakeholders in every issue that arises. We believe that there can be no long-term and permanent order in the absence of justice. We define justice as putting everything where it deserves. Even if it conflicts with our interests, we always try to uphold justice, prevent unfairness and to protect the rights of every one in the business.
6. Perseverance

Crises are not problems that can be solved by non-durable people who are not resistant to difficulties and who fail to survive in the face of harsh winds. Of course, you will stumble while managing the crises. You need to protect your main goals, integrity and courage in the face of unforeseen shocks and surprises. Perseverance is the mechanism that allows you to keep your head up, move forward and resist whatever difficulties you face.
7. Realistic Optimism

No problem in the world is permanent. Realistic optimism is not to forget the facts and live in pink dreams. You should evaluate your conditions in a cool and realist way. However, you should be able to work without being captive of conditions and never leaving effort and hope. We never give pessimism an opportunity to take our energy.
