Mr. AVCI graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law and specialized in Corporate and Commercial Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Labor and Social Security Law.

Mr. Avcı has extensive knowledge on legal risks caused by financial and non-financial crises and the determination and execution of the most appropriate alternative remedies for the resolution of disputes.

Mr. Avcı focuses on preventing clients' ongoing business from any interruption and works in a complete harmony with management, strategy and human resources, in short, with all stakeholders of the business in order to protect their debt payment, production, employment and competition capacities.
