Mr.Aksay has graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Economics.  He has taken an active role in the establishment of the accounting system of dozens of companies and in many different accounting and reporting program transitions in its working life for nearly 30 years.  He has achieved successful results in the restructuring of Accounting, Finance and Human Resources systems, structures and processes 

Companies fly blindly if they do not have complete and accurate financial information about their performance and operations, and do not have policies, structures and processes that produce this information. Such companies are likely to encounter serious problems or crises. For this reason, it is vital to take actions in the accounting, finance, reporting and controlling functions for the companies in financial distress to get out of the crisis quickly.

Mr. Aksay has deep knowledge and experience in transformation of companies who lack correct and timely financial information and internal control systems into the prudent organizations which have the right, complete and fast financial information/insight. 
He is also specialized in building up necessary internal control systems to prevent fraud and misconduct.
