Mr. Bayramoğlu, who is an investor and executive in a number of companies at home and abroad, is a Founding Member of MÜSİAD. He also served as the President of MÜSİAD between 1997-2004. He is still a member of the MUSIAD High Advisory Board.

In addition to decades of service  in such institutions like ICOC (Istanbul Chamber of Commerce), DEİK (Foreign Economic Relations Board) and IBF (International Business Forum), he is Chairman of TABA-AmCham (Turkish-American Businessmen Association- American Chamber of Commerce of Turkey) High Advisory Board.
