Mr. TUNÇAY has a 33-year banking career. He has worked as as EVP for nearly 20 years to Akbank, one of the biggest commercial banks in Turkey. Mr. Tunçay is one of the most reputable and senior bankers in Turkey who contributed to development of many bankers for the industry.

Mr. Tunçay started his banking career as a bank inspector. In 1994, he became Deputy General Manager at Akbank, assuming high-level responsibilities for nearly 20 years, playing critical roles in the bank's important investment decisions and human resources policies. In addition to this position, he served as a Board Member in Sabancı Group Companies.

Mr. Tuncay, as Assistant General Manager, has held the responsibilities of Human Resources, Organization and Education, Law, NPL Management, General Accounting, Technology and other Procurement, Architectural Works and Real Estate Purchase and Sale.
